Our Return Policy
Returns are authorized for unworn products with all tags and labels attached within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
- At this time, we cannot process exchanges and recommend placing an order for your desired item as soon as possible to avoid out of stocks.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
- For any authorized return, you'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email. Return shipping will be via the carrier of our choosing.
Unauthorized Returns
Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns, nor will they be returned to you. To avoid this, please use our returns portal to ensure your return is authorized before sending your purchase back.

Shipping
Betty Hannah will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website.
Domestic Delivery
All orders $75+ within the continental (lower 48) United States, or military installations, ship free.
